Making Space.

Release overwhelm and create balance.

Join the herd at Liberty Lane Stables for a fun, horse-powered workshop to let go of overwhelm to create a more balanced life.

  • Do you struggle to give your best effort to all the parts of your life - and still have enough juice left in the tank for leisure, fun and pursuing your passion projects?

  • Are you constantly giving your best and still feel like you’re falling short?

  • Do you wonder how you can work so hard and still feel like you’re never doing enough?

  • Does your life feel like a game of whack-a-mole? You’re so busy trying to keep up with all the to-dos on your list that you don’t have time to consider what you’re doing or why you’re doing it?

There’s only so much of you to go around, and you’re tired of running yourself ragged. You want to feel excited, joyful, relaxed and accomplished.

Deep down you know you need to let some things go — but where do you start?

It’s true. You can’t do it all. But you can get clearer on what matters most and focus your energy there.

Your time is a limited resource — so, let’s make sure you’re putting you where you really need to be. In this workshop you will:

  • Assess your satisfaction with all areas of your life — work, family, friends, health and leisure.

  • Identify your non-negotiables.

  • Look at where you may be able to let some things go, so you can make more room for what matters most.

This is your life — create a life that is balanced, manageable, fulfilling and fun.

Reprioritize and rediscover your joy in this transformative equine assisted learning workshop.

WHY HORSES?

Horses are powerful teachers. They help us see ourselves more clearly and show us how we can be better humans.

  • Horses are highly perceptive and they are always honest.  As prey and herd animals, horses are acutely aware of our emotional,  mental  and energetic states. They naturally perceive this information and immediately reflect it back to us, helping us to see ourselves more clearly.

  • Horses are unbiased and non-judgmental. Horses see and accept us exactly as we are, without judgment or bias. They challenge us to step up in a non-threatening way.

  • Horses live in the present moment. Unlike humans, who are easily distracted by their own thoughts and emotions horses live in the moment and can be with us 100%. They are excellent listeners.

And yes, you CAN do this. All activities with the horses during this workshop will be practiced on the ground. No riding or horse experience is necessary to benefit from this transformative experience.
